-Sales experience of educational and/or other service solutions from 3 years (IT education sales background will be a priority);

-Personal sales experience -5 years;

-Active network in Higher Education and various alumna in Russia and CIS

-Good understanding of Education system functionality;

-Good skills of networking and presentation

-Excellent communication skills

-Ability to document standard operating procedures;

-Manage the Moscow office team, leadership and motivation;

-Team development skills;

-Team leadership skills (multi-cultural, matrix organization, remote management)

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Empathy, flexibility, change agent, ability to deal with conflicting priorities;

-Management of a budget ;

-Achieve the agreed Sales plan;

-Understanding of basic Internet marketing;

-English language Intermediate and above;

-High intellect;

-Open and direct management style;

-Mentally tough;

-Can build and maintain relationships;

-Able to prioritise, plan and organise effectively;

-Persuasive and credible, with outstanding written and oral communication skills

Area of responsibility:

-Driving all sales initiatives for educational group of products within the Higher Education partner market

-Set up strong partnership relations on the top level of Educational hierarchy

-Actively participate negotiations with top-executives

-Participate conferences, forums, conventions and other representing company solutions

-Closely communicate marketing and production teams to deliver best products into market

-Perform sales plans


-Bachelors in an engineering or business discipline, MBA preferred.
