Job description:

• To extend the current support team we look for a skilled and experienced SAP CRM consultant. In this role, this person will participate in the application management and development of the current client’s SAP systems.

Current Project description:

• Support of SAP CRM processes for a multinational company with worldwide presence. The client is the leader in the global dispensing systems industry (beauty, food, pharma)
• Scope:
  • 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP system in SAP CRM
  • Developments in SAP CRM
  • Service window – 10:00 – 19:00 Moscow time
• In future involvement in other projects for different customers is possible within Atos.

Key responsibilities:

• Application specific solution consulting (SAP CRM)
• Participation in CRM implementation projects
• Development and modification of CRM settings in current client’s systems
• General responsibilities:
  • Keeping to SLAs and deadlines
  • Resolution of 2nd and 3rd Level incidents according to ITIL
  • Bugfixing
  • Close collaboration with colleagues in Russia and Italia
• Teamwork in the project in diverse cultures

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge and practical experience of SAP CRM not less than 3 years
• Ability to read and understand ABAP code;
• Use of ABAP debugger for troubleshooting in applications
• English: Intermediate/Fluent
