Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in defining brand’s strategic agenda, co-create 3Y Strategic plan with the Marketing Manager;
  • Lead the development of 12M Activity plan;
  • Hold full accountability and leadership for implementation of the Brand plan, including Innovations, Consumer & Shopper Mktg activities, Internal projects;
  • Control allocated DME brand budgets and its realization across channels in line with brand and business plans;
  • Lead development and implementation of brand communication and promotion materials – brand book, pack designs, core creative idea translated into key visuals, video reals, various Digital, PR and BTL activities;
  • Fully manage cross-functional teams (demand planning, technical, etc.) and external servicing partners (agencies, etc.) in NPD, price, pack, product and promotion initiatives;
  • Participate in the review, agreement process with licensors on licensed brands’ activity plan and implementation;
  • Conduct ongoing insightful reviews of brand equity & brand trade performance, suggesting remedial actions as required;
  • Lead, motivate and coach other team members (Brand Executive) on projects that (s)he supports.

Competency Requirements

  • Higher Education (Marketing faculty is a plus);
  • Previous successful experience in Brand Management on a Client side of minimum 3 years full time or proven experience in co-related functions in Marketing Department (Trade Marketing, Insights);
  • Understanding of the key principles of brand positioning and its implications;
  • Media planning and production experience;
  • Finance understanding;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Ability to lead the cross functional projects;
  • Administration and budget management;
  • Result-oriented personality;
  • Self-starter with high level of personal drive and initiative;
  • Intuitive and curious about brands, consumers and customers;
  • Research and sales data analysis;
  • Fluent English.
