JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Participates in development of sales strategy of organization.
  • Participates in procedure of strategic planning
  • Perform strategic planning
  • Holds weekly meetings, defines and allocates goals and responsibilities
  • Holds negotiations with key clients
  • Develops price policy
  • Provides participation of subordinates in the preparation of forecasts, projects, plans, sales, conducting research about product demand, prospects for the development of markets.
  • Analyzes information that comes from subordinates and other sources
  • Analysis of sales, competitors, markets, consumers, product segmentation and positioning
  • Concludes long-terms agreements
  • Develops and implements promo-actions, including different exhibitions-sales, fairs and other activities
  • Studies all trade channels
  • Develops and implements marketing and trade-marketing activities in all trade channels
  • Studies target audiences
  • Develops and implements Company’s work strategy on the assigned territory
  • Formation, implementation and control of strategic and tactical territory development plans
  • Creation and control of pricing policy on the assigned territory
  • Search of different zones of growth zones and development of common business
  • Management and control of development, sales and promotion of Roust portfolio

MUST HAVE

  • Education: Higher education in management (main or supplementary), also graduates of economics, finance and marketing;
  • Foreign languages: English language ( upper-intermediate level)
  • Work experience: Experience in a similar position from 3 years; FMCG (alcohol preferably)
