Требуемый опыт работы:
3–6 лет


  • Identify and assess training needs
  • Plan and organize new and current training programs
  • Design and develop training solutions for wide variety of positions
  • Update training content portfolio, materials, tests
  • Work with subject matter experts on design and delivery of learning solutions
  • Execute training programs, deliver the training sessions, induction courses, webinars, conferences
  • Work with training providers and vendors
  • Run talent programs
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness
  • Reporting on performance

Required skills:

  • > 3 years experience in L&D department with large regional coverage (retail, FMCG, banking, telecom)
  • Experience in store is a plus
  • Fluent or nearly fluent English
  • Strong training methodology, understanding training trends, developments and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills;
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively;
  • Positive thinking and open to change
  • Good PC and database skills
