Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE
• Maintain COPs/eCRM system
• Manage COPs/eCRM related activities to increase portfolio profitability and product penetration contributing to EBIT line

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the COPs/eCRM system application and coordination with various parties (in-country and global) for the CRM system support
• Lead CRMS related projects (sales and service channels migration, campaign triggers development etc.)
• Conduct statistical analysis and data mining for business purpose
• Monitor and promote CRMS utilization
• Develop reporting metrics that provide clear evaluation of CRMS activity
• Establish effective collaboration with other business units
• Ensure compliance to Citigroup policies, local regulations and department procedures


Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:
• CRM systems related experience is desired
• Experience in analytical function or reporting process is desired
• Understanding of data warehouse structure, key business categories, internal banking business processes is required

Skill
• Advanced PC User
• Project management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• SQL, SAS - ability to develop basic queries
• Understanding of databases structuring principles

Qualifications
• University graduate (Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Programming, Math, Physics, and Economics)
• Preferable Economics or relevant Masters degree
