- Sales volume plan execution:
- Plan and implement the activities aimed at sales volume increase in Key Accounts of the group.
- Support in supervision of contract execution.
- Customer management:
- Client day-to-day collaboration.
- Support in promo and off contract activities implementation in accordance with contract and business needs.
- Trade- and Brand-marketing activities coordination.
- Client overdue payments control.
- Lead documents signing process.
- Contracts performance:
- Support at account plan realization.
- Support at qualitative and quantitative contract performance in each Key Account outlet.
- KPIs fulfillment:
- Monthly core KPI’s performance.
- Budget and sales plan fulfillment.
- Effective communication with Ferrero functions.
- Close communication with Fields on in-store KA execution points.
- Effective communication with Key Accounts’ departments.
- At least 1 store-check per month.
- High education.
- Sales experience from 1 year in FMCG companies.
- English – from intermediate level.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills, analytical thinking.
- Responsible, Proactive, result-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of logistic, financial and accounting processes.
