  • Implements & evaluates Premium Horeca customer plans
  • Generates customers insights & analysis
  • Negotiates and manages Premium Horeca agreements
  • Develops tailor made activities and POSM
  • Evaluates and measures effectiveness of key initiatives/activities
  • Manages Premium Horeca volume, net contribution level – achievement of all critical KBIs
  • Implementation of capability development plan
  • Drives Premium Horeca strategy in the market(customer negotiation, PofS implementation, mixability) & leads in integrated Premium Horeca budget execution ( BF & CCH ).
  • Develops strategic partnerships with key customers
  • Builds alliances with key cooperating departments and partners through common routines
  • Ensures successful launching of all new products/categories

Key capabilities:

  • High education
  • Experience in spirit company from 2 years
  • Commercial understanding
  • Key account management
  • Selling and negotiation with customers
  • Premium Horeca activation experience
  • Analytical thinking & synthesis to drive decision making
  • Communication skills (oral, written, presentations)
  • Financial acumen & resources management
