Sales Manager


  • Minimum 2-3 year experience in international hotel chain as a senior sales/sales manager;
  • Good knowledge of the main Moscow international hotel market, competitors, their pricing and positioning;
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate/MICE segment
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Fluent English
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work extra hours with short notice deadlines
  • Hotel Sales experience is a must
  • Microsoft Office (Excel , Word) knowledge is a must

Job Responsibilities:

  • To maintain contacts with Corporate/MICE Accounts of the market
  • To develop contacts with new/targeted corporate accounts
  • To increase corporate segment production and maintain sufficient hotel market share
  • Be proactive / to arrange meetings with existing and new accounts (Sales Calls, Trade Shows, Sales Blitz, mailing campaigns, Social Networking)
  • To follow up repeating business requests
  • To maintain personal and corporate segment database
  • To work with International and local Accounts
  • To cooperate with all hotel departments involved in to Sales and Accommodation process
  • To monitor competitive set hotels and the shift of business from/to city hotels
  • To meet and exceed sales goals
  • To participate in Special Projects
