Our client, International fast growing company with Headquater in Europe is looking for Customer Support Executives based in Kiev.


  • Customer support
  • Dealing with incoming calls/emails
  • Dealing with requests/questions/payments
  • Additional service booking upon customer requests
  • Itinerary and e-tickets sending


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent in English and Russian)
  • Excellent reasoning ability
  • Team player, able to relate and network well with people
  • Able to work without supervision
  • Able to work and cope well under pressure and handle setbacks
  • Results driven and able to meet customer expectations
  • A highly pro-active individual
  • Willing to work public holidays and weekends (but not more than 40 hours/week, 2 days off/week)
  • Experience in travel industry (especially in airtickets selling) is a plus but not mandatory
