Commercial solution design: Develop and implement commercial solution strategies of projects, independently design commercial solutions during bidding or contract stage. Can understand customers' requirements, risk analysis, and competition, complete the commercial proposal reply or review, develop or review the contract text;
Commercial negotiation: Act as the main contributor to effectively support or participate in commercial/contract negotiation about prices/clauses for projects, and achieve negotiation targets.
Review and decision-making support: Perform the review of clauses for projects, give effective review comments for risk mitigation or comments supporting management team decision-making,
Channel transaction management and operation: Be familiar with characteristics and general operation rules of the channel business, and participate in draft and signing of channel cooperation agreements, and optimization and implementation of channel policies and sales promotion strategies
High education, major like international business, international trade, law, finance, language etc.
More than 4-5 years similar working experience.
Fluent English languag
