We are looking for talented, goal-oriented, punctual, diligent, committed and decent person with desire and ability for self-learning as Customer Support Specialist to provide high-level quality support to our English-speaking customers.
Project: Sales of Counter-Strike skins (stickers) for weapons
Fluent or upper intermediate English (both spoken and written)
Strong communication skills
Customer oriented and enthusiastic
Quick thinking and creative
Customer service skills and experience
Ability to work during night shifts ( support is provided 24/7)
What You'll Be Doing:
Resolve basic to complex support issues for customer inquiries received via omni-channel support (emails, live chat)
Ensure customers' satisfaction
