- Contacting existing customers and selling our products and services;
- Addressing customer needs and concerns, overcoming obstacles;
- Meeting (exceeding) Sales goals for department and company.
- Answering inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handling complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution, escalating unresolved problems.
- Building sustainable relationships of trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Achieving performance objectives in all areas consistently;
- Excellent, fluent English;
- Great communication & negotiation skills;
- Stress-resistance, self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm;
- Previous experience in sales, call-centre is a plus
- Readiness to work in shifts (including night shifts)
