Требуемый опыт работы: 1–3 года

Полная занятость, гибкий график

Wrike is the leading project collaboration cloud software with an innovative product that helps thousands of customers in 55 countries manage their projects, businesses, and employees. It is loved equally by top brands like Adobe, eBay, Ecco, PayPal, SAP, McDonalds, Hootsuite and by start-ups around the world.

At Wrike, we believe that work should be challenging, and the challenge should be fun. We're growing rapidly and providing excellent opportunities for professional growth. We owe our success to our talented and energetic team that's really fun to work with. We're smart, passionate, friendly, and professional, and we are looking for the same qualities in you.

We are looking for a person that will help us better understand how these people use Wrike and what should be done to make our product even better.

You will need to understand behavior patterns, suggest hints and recommendations, and help our product team build the most user-loved product ever. Apart from ongoing improvements based on your analysis, you will help setting priorities for Wrike's future strategic development.

In particular, your responsibilities will include:

Reporting on weekly product usage

  • You will create a weekly product report, so that UX, development, and marketing teams, as well as the top management know how exactly our customers use Wrike (what features they use, if there are any patterns in user behavior). This includes planning report structure, making it visually appealing and easy to understand, automating reporting process. You will also need to analyze trends so that important signals are not overlooked by those who read the reports. The data for the report mainly come from internal databases, logs, and external sources, like google analytics.

Defining the right metrics

  • When a new feature is developed, we need to track it properly so that the numbers show us business value we get out of it. Apart from "feature usage" we need to know if customers need help with it and if they use it incorrectly. We also need to understand the impact this specific feature has on overall user behavior. The end goal here is not just improve UX, but improve the overall lifetime value of our customers.

Planing the correct tracking method

  • For each specific case we need to understand whether we want to use mixpanel, google analytics, tracking in logs, or something else depending on what is easier and more reliable.

Maintaining databases to work with big amount of data

  • Our current logs amount to 2GB of data per hour. Google analytics creates millions of data points and many more will be added soon. You should plan data structure and choose the right tools to support tracking and reporting.

Planning experiments

  • When a new design/feature is released you will plan experiments to estimate if it works well. This requires balancing samples we need for a test, so that we don't make wrong decisions due to incorrect testing.

Doing ad hoc analysis

  • Whenever something interesting emerges in the data (spike in usage, drop down in conversions, unusual behavior, etc), our product team will ask you to explain it. The results of such research should not come just in the form of numbers and distributions, but rather in the form of action items (to avoid A in the future, we should fix X)

Analyzing features development impact before they get developed

  • Before starting development, our product team will ask you to estimate the impact a feature will have on business: how many people we expect to use it, how it will change user behavior and customers' satisfaction, and eventually Lifetime Value.

  • Good knowledge of SQL & databases (we use PostgreSQL);
  • Understanding SQL query optimization and database management;
  • Programming skills (we use Python);
  • You can figure out how to parse logs and use the right database to store them;
  • You tend to think about overall business value rather than about numbers and charts;
  • English knowledge at upper intermediate level (or better);
  • You are communicative and friendly;
  • Any experience with analytics will be a strong advantage.

  • Flexible work schedule;
  • Comfortable office with massage chair, shower, kicker and XBox;
  • Free office lunches for team members (+ tea & coffee);
  • Medical and dental care;
  • Medical care for family and children;
  • Partial compensation for parking;
  • English classes in our office (including classes with native speaker);
  • Sport activities (football, volleyball);
  • Relocation bonus for candidates moving from other cities;
  • Excellent opportunities for professional growth;
  • Awesome corporate events that you won't forget.
