Professional knowledge and skills:
- More than 3 years experience in C&B;
- Participation in building up of remuneration structure for employees;
- Good knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Hay, Mercer, Towers Watson);
- Experience in development of methodological documents, policies and procedures;
- Good knowledge of business processes of Retail companies is welcome;
- Confident user of MS Office: Excel, Power Point and ERP system (SAP HR - advantage).
