Main responsibilities:

  • Job evaluation using Hay and corporate methodology;
  • Salary review (rules development, process organization and control at the country level, external communication, results evaluation);
  • Comparative analysis of employees salaries and labour market;
  • Participation in salary surveys, monitoring changes in the labour market related to compensations and benefits (Hay, Mercer, Ernst and Young);
  • C&B Policies development;
  • Support of existing grading system;
  • Relocation conditions adjustment.

Professional knowledge and skills:

  • More than 3 years experience in C&B;
  • Participation in building up of remuneration structure for employees;
  • Good knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Hay, Mercer, Towers Watson);
  • Experience in development of methodological documents, policies and procedures;
  • Good knowledge of business processes of Retail companies is welcome;
  • Confident user of MS Office: Excel, Power Point and ERP system (SAP HR - advantage).
