Kyrgyz and Russian Speaking - Regional Marketing Manager

The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and creative professional to lead and coordinate our fast-growing marketing function across Central Asia, with a primary focus on Kyrgyzstan and additional responsibility for other countries of the region. Responsibilities:

• Define and create country-specific marketing strategies.

• Develop and implement demand generation and lead generation strategies and rollout plans across Central Asia, with a primary focus on the Kyrgyzstani market.

• Launch marketing campaigns as well as evaluate success and deliverables based on KPIs.

• Assist the Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out market research during new region penetration stage, in respect to each country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.

• Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required.

• Assist in the ongoing marketing activities as well as support the marketing team and other regional teams as necessary.

• Coordinate the marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects.

• Stay on top of current trends and best practices.

• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Manager.

• Degree in a marketing, advertising, communications or a business-related field

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Native Kyrgyz and Russian speaker and very good knowledge English

• Solid knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics features

• Strong digital marketing skills

• Strong project management skills will be considered an advantage

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised and ability to multitask
