Director, Operations

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s day-to-day operational activities and ensure efficient execution of business processes.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational procedures, internal controls, and service standards.
• Coordinate activities across operations, sales, finance, IT, compliance, and customer support teams.
• Monitor operational KPIs, transaction performance, service quality, incidents, and issue resolution.
• Manage the business development and sales pipeline, including targets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Prepare commercial proposals, business cases, pricing models, and partnership terms
• Maintain relationships with key partners and identify opportunities to expand existing cooperation.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments relevant to the payments and fintech sector.
• Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• Strong English proficiency
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, banking, fintech, payments, or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of payment services, acquiring, POS, QR payments, banking, or fintech products is preferred.
• Proven experience in partnership development and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
• Fluent English and Russian; Kyrgyz is an advantage.
