Job Identification

We are looking for the Commercial Asset Executive to be a part of our Sales Business Development team located in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

What We Expect:

  • Support the execution of Commercial Asset Management (CAM) strategy to ensure optimal market coverage, equipment utilization, and visibility standards across all channels
  • Manage the deployment, relocation, and recovery of Commercial Asset Management in line with business priorities and commercial objectives
  • Monitor Commercial Asset performance, utilization rates, and compliance with company standards, identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair activities with internal stakeholders and service providers to ensure equipment uptime
  • Conduct regular field visits and audits to assess equipment condition, placement quality, and execution standards
  • Maintain accurate Commercial Asset records and databases, ensuring timely updates of asset movements, status changes, and equipment inventory
  • Analyze equipment performance data and prepare regular reports to support decision-making and investment planning
  • Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Procurement, and Technical teams to support equipment-related initiatives and projects
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to Commercial Asset Management investments, maintenance, and operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, asset management procedures, and legal requirements related to equipment management
  • Participate in supplier and contractor management activities, including performance monitoring and service quality assessment
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment utilization, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Higher education in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • English proficiency at upper-intermediate level and above
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
  • Experience in asset management, equipment management, logistics, technical operations, or a related field is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different functions
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented mindset
