We are looking for a Commercial Project Associate to join our team in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan and support the execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of customer engagement and business development programs.

What We Expect:

  1. Lead and coordinate projects related to business development and customer engagement initiatives to achieve commercial objectives, drive growth, strengthen market presence, and improve execution quality.
  2. Manage monthly incentive program calculations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and conduct field training sessions.
  3. Monitor program performance through internal systems and prepare regular performance reports.
  4. Manage project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  5. Lead weekly and monthly business reviews and reporting for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Conduct market visits and customer audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and program effectiveness.
  7. Identify opportunities to improve scorecards, processes, and program mechanics based on market trends, business needs, and field feedback.
  8. Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve customer engagement, operational execution, and commercial results.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation).
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
  4. Experience in preparing business reports, presentations, and performance analyses.
  5. Strong project management and organizational skills.
  6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. English - Upper-Intermediate level and above.
