The opportunity
We’re hiring an Executive Assistant in Bishkek.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to a Partner and the department. You will coordinate schedules, meetings, business travel, correspondence, and documentation, helping the team operate efficiently in a dynamic professional environment.
What will you do:
- Manage the Partner’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate associated logistics.
- Screen incoming calls, respond to routine queries, and direct requests to the appropriate colleagues.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure timely follow-up.
- Organize Partner and department meetings, including booking meeting rooms and equipment, arranging technical support, setting up audio and video conferences, booking transportation, and coordinating business lunches.
- Arrange local and international business travel, including air and railway tickets, accommodation, transfers, visa support, cash advances, and registration for conferences and seminars.
- Prepare and assist with expense reports, time reports, and invoices within established deadlines.
- Support the preparation of agreements and proposals, coordinating documents from the initial draft through to the ready-to-sign stage.
- Assist the team throughout the tender preparation process.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that confidential information is handled appropriately.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the Partner and department with day-to-day administrative matters.

- Higher education.
- At least five years of relevant administrative or executive support experience.
- A proactive, responsible, and result-oriented approach to work.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good typing skills in both English and Russian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Professional communication style and a client-focused approach.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to remain organized and effective while working under pressure.
- Adaptability, reliability, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Previous experience in a multinational or global company will be considered an advantage.
