About the Company
Interlogis Time Critical is an international transport and logistics company operating its own fleet (Renault Master, Iveco Daily, Volvo FH). We provide time-critical deliveries across Europe every day - including France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and other EU countries.

As our company continues to grow, we are expanding our Prospecting Department and looking for motivated, confident, and communicative people to join our team.

About the Role
This position is at the intersection of client communication, prospecting, and sales support. Your main responsibility will be to contact potential clients, introduce our services, build rapport, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

We are looking for people who are not afraid of phone communication, enjoy speaking with others, and can confidently communicate in English.

What You Will Do:
•⁠ ⁠Communicate with potential clients across Europe in English
•⁠ ⁠Make outbound phone calls and present company services
•⁠ ⁠Build positive first impressions and establish trust with prospects
•⁠ ⁠Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
•⁠ ⁠Follow prospecting call structures and communication standards
•⁠ ⁠Maintain communication records and support the sales process
•⁠ ⁠Work toward clear KPIs and performance goals

Who We Are Looking For:
•⁠ ⁠English level: confident spoken English (C1 or higher)
•⁠ ⁠Clear and confident communication skills
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable speaking with people on the phone
•⁠ ⁠Goal-oriented and motivated by results
•⁠ ⁠Open-minded, energetic, and charismatic personality
•⁠ ⁠Ability to build rapport quickly
•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in sales, customer support, hospitality, recruitment, or client communication is a strong advantage
•⁠ ⁠Candidates who lived, studied, or worked abroad (Europe/USA) are especially welcome

Training & Onboarding:
•⁠ ⁠First 2 weeks: intensive training and onboarding
•⁠ ⁠On the final training day, you will begin making real prospecting calls
•⁠ ⁠After training, candidates enter a probation/test period with clear performance targets:
— minimum number of calls
— minimum number of booked meetings
— successful prospecting call structure evaluation

Compensation:
•⁠ ⁠First 2 weeks: training period
