As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderators to join our team and help maintain the quality, safety and integrity of our marketplaces.

About the Role

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it complies with our policies, quality standards and legal requirements.
You will play a key role in keeping our marketplace safe and reliable by identifying inappropriate, fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited content before it reaches our users.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, strong judgment, consistency and the ability to make decisions confidently while working in a fast-paced environment.

Please note: This role involves reviewing a wide variety of user-generated content. While most content is routine, some material may occasionally be sensitive, explicit, or offensive. Moderators are expected to approach such content professionally and objectively in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and moderate user-generated content, including ads, images, profiles and text.
  • Approve, reject, or edit listings according to company policies and moderation guidelines.
  • Detect and remove misleading, fraudulent, prohibited, or otherwise inappropriate content.
  • Ensure categories remain free from scams, duplicates ads and policy violations.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, productivity and consistency in moderation decisions.
  • Investigate suspicious activity and escalate cases when necessary.
  • Support Customer Support and other teams with moderation-related inquiries and policy interpretation.
  • Use internal moderation tools and systems efficiently and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve moderation workflows, policies and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Operations, Product, Customer Support and other teams.
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute to maintaining high moderation standards.


Requirements

Essential

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity targets.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, operations, quality assurance, trust & safety, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with online platforms, marketplaces, or digital products.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection, policy enforcement, or online safety practices.
