Responsibilities

Identifying and realizing new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and construction companies throughout Kyrgyzstan.

Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the construction sector.

Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to present Sika concrete solutions and their benefits.

Developing customized proposals and commercial offers based on client needs and project technical requirements.

Negotiating contracts and closing deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify sales opportunities and shape strategy.

Collaborating with the technical team to ensure client support and successful post-sale project implementation.

Maintaining accurate sales reports, managing the project pipeline, and preparing sales performance reports and forecast.
Your Experience – Our Strength

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience: At least 3–5 years of proven experience in sales of construction materials, chemical products, or related B2B industries, with a track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.

Commercial Acumen: Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and transaction management skills; results-oriented.

Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and maintain strong connections with clients and internal teams.

Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines, and maintain a positive, goal-oriented attitude.

Language Skills: Kyrgyz and Russian are mandatory; English is a plus.

Market Knowledge: Understanding of the construction industry, concrete applications, and client needs in the local market.
