This role involves overseeing multiple outlets (restaurants, cafes) including international franchise brands, ensuring operational excellence and strong financial performance in a dynamic, high-traffic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets
Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
Oversee compliance with international brand/franchise standards
Manage relationships with franchise partners
Take full ownership of P&L (revenue, costs, profitability)
Plan and manage workforce (staffing, scheduling, productivity)
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and aviation requirements
Participate in new outlet openings and business expansion
Analyze performance and implement improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Business Administration or similar)
7+ years of experience in F&B / HoReCa
Experience managing: restaurant chains / cafes or F&B operations in hotels /hopping malls / QSR chains
Proven P&L management experience
Experience working with international brands / franchises
English or Turkish language
