Cash Control Supervisor

An international company is looking for a Cash Control Supervisor to join the Financial Affairs team in Bishkek.

This role is responsible for overseeing cash operations, POS processes, daily sales reconciliation, banking procedures, and cashier control across retail locations. The successful candidate will ensure accurate cash handling, timely bank deposits, compliance with internal procedures, and smooth operation of cashier systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cash control operations across duty free retail units
• Monitor sales transactions, cash collection, and timely bank deposits
• Control and reconcile cash, credit card transactions, and supporting documentation at the end of each shift
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of POS systems and cashier equipment
• Coordinate with banks regarding POS terminals and banking procedures
• Manage cash advances and change requests for operational units
• Conduct cashier operation audits, sales checks, and camera monitoring controls
• Prepare control reports and analyze discrepancies or operational non-conformities
• Organize and deliver cashier operation training for new employees
• Maintain accurate cashier system definitions, financial document serials, promotions, and user data
• Monitor compliance with internal procedures related to invoices, retail vouchers, and sales documentation
• Ensure monthly Z-reports and financial memory reports are properly collected from cash registers
• Support operational efficiency, process improvement, and compliance with company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in cash operations, retail finance, cashier supervision, or POS administration
• Experience working with retail sales systems and banking procedures
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and high level of responsibility
• Good communication and team management skills
• English — Intermediate level and above
