We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the quality and food safety system within an international retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and maintaining Quality Management and Food Safety systems (ISO standards and others)
  • Planning and conducting internal audits and ensuring closure of non-conformities
  • Coordinating and supporting external and regulatory audits/inspections
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety requirements across all operational areas (storage, sales, service)
  • Managing and updating documentation (procedures, instructions, policies)
  • Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to quality and food safety
  • Leading corrective and preventive actions for identified issues
  • Organizing laboratory testing (product samples, water, swabs) and monitoring results
  • Delivering food safety training to staff according to training plans
  • Participating in the opening of new outlets from a food safety perspective (risk and infrastructure assessment)
  • Managing supplier approval, audits, and performance evaluation
  • Handling customer complaints related to food safety in coordination with central teams
  • Supporting product recall and withdrawal processes when required

​​​​​​​Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related field
  • Experience in Quality Assurance / Food Safety (Retail, Manufacturing, or HoReCa preferred)
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems (ISO, HACCP, etc.)
  • English level: Intermediate or higher
  • Strong documentation, auditing, and reporting skills
  • Structured thinking, attention to detail, and high responsibility
