Responsibilities:
- Responsible for market insights in Kyrgyzstan, understanding local market resources, and determining the scope and standards of local administrative services in conjunction with operational support needs.
- Based on the supply and demand characteristics of Kyrgyzstan, establish business models, comply with relevant policies, rules, and processes, formulate and issue localized rules, and manage their implementation.
- Adhere to the company's procurement rules and participate in the local administrative procurement process.
- Responsible for the review of administrative service resource entry in Kyrgyzstan and the interviewing of key service personnel to ensure compliance with contract and business requirements.
- Manage assets and related expenses in Kyrgyzstan, conduct budgeting and monitoring, control costs reasonably, and ensure timely acceptance and payment for services.
- Establish and maintain external relationships with landlords, government-related supporting resources, etc.
- Handle the escalation of daily service quality complaints and coordinate support for major projects.
- Manage document flow and administrative correspondence in English and Chinese;
- Organize meetings, negotiations, and business trips;
- Prepare and translate letters, presentations, and reports;
- Coordinate with internal and external partners;
- Support the manager in daily tasks and ensure execution of assignments.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, international relations, linguistics, or related fields;
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken);
- Confident computer skills (MS Office, email, office systems);
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, responsibility;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
