Since 2015, we have been revolutionizing e-commerce, making buying and selling faster and easier. We are looking for a Head of Market Growth to spearhead growth strategies, lead teams, and drive revenue expansion through market experiments, data-driven decision-making, and innovative scaling initiatives.

What You’ll Do

✅ Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies, managing and scaling Market Growth teams to identify key opportunities.
✅ Lead and mentor a team of 16 professionals, working through two Market Growth team leaders to drive high performance.
✅ Launch and manage large-scale country-wide promotions and experiments, optimizing for revenue growth.
✅ Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs & SLAs), ensuring that growth initiatives translate into measurable success.
✅ Optimize the Market Growth roadmap, ensuring structured planning and seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
✅ Increase the volume and success rate of experiments, testing hypotheses to accelerate business growth.
✅ Oversee Marketplaces MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews) to generate insights and set OKRs for the Market Growth teams.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or product/project management.
Successful track record of scaling businesses, products, or categories, with measurable results.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams of 5+ people.
Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing trends, identifying growth opportunities, and making strategic recommendations.
Fluent English (B2 or higher) to collaborate across international markets.
