We are currently seeking a skilled Recruiter/HR to join our team, who will be able to independently manage 70% of recruitment processes and 30% of HR processes.
Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing candidate’s qualifications and cultural fit, writing feedback, writing scripts for mailings and negotiating offers.

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top-tier candidates.

Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.

Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records with well documented recruiting reports in our applicant tracking system.

Ensure that the final interview (with CEO) evaluation coincides with initial evaluations from the Recruiter, maintaining consistency and alignment in candidate assessment throughout the hiring process.

Ensure all open positions are filled on time within the committed deadline.

Prepare monthly reports on the recruitment tasks.
