• Large company, one of the leaders in the design, manufacturing and installation of security systems for large objects of energy, mining, oil and gas industry (Lukoil, Gazprom, Norilsk Nickel, Surgutneftegaz, Alrosa, SUEK), as well as buildings and structures of civil services of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Defense, RosEnergoAtom, FSO of Russia, RusHydro, etc.).
• Management of a large company (turnover - more than 2 billion. Rub. With Staff - over 400 employees).
• Development, organization and control of all aspects of accounting and reporting according to IFRS standards.
• Participation in the company's board in strategic decision-making and reporting to shareholders.
• Maintenance activities in accordance with modern methods of project management, including the methodology and implementation of reporting to Western customers and contractors.
• Organize and maintain direct partnerships with foreign equipment manufacturers (Bosch, General Electric, Siemens, Smiths Detection, Geutebruck, UTC, Huawei).
• Management of the Department of Economics and Finance (including Accounting Department, Treasury Department, Estimates and calculations department, 1C support department).
• Experience in obtaining loans and credits (the amount in excess of 300 mln. Rubles.), Working with the largest banks of the Russian Federation (Sberbank, VTB 24) and also bit bonds and bank guaranties.
• Organization and control of all aspects of running a budget management in the company, including project budgets, revenues and general expenses, taxes, interests.
• Maintain the consolidated management reporting, production of "from scratch" process reporting and budgeting in the territorial divisions of the holding.
• First-time adoption of IFRS/IAS.
• Maintaining accounting statements in accordance with IFRS (Financial Position, Comprehensive income, Cash Flow, Changes of Equity, all additional accompanying documents and disclosures).
• Development of management accounting forms, both periodic and ad hoc.
• Description of business processes, writing the terms of reference of management reporting for the department of automation and software implementation.
• Monitoring the work of the service implementation 1C in the enterprise, management staff service (organization of work, effort and determination of priorities).
• Participation in the governing bodies of the company (board of directors, budget committee, etc.).
