Follow-up, plan, supervise and Coordinate the E&I Quality Control and inspections activates on fabrication yard for Pipe Rack’s (PAR), SKID’s and PAU’s, Coordination of MC planning, verification, and documentation, Walk down, Check Lists, punch lists, as-built, etc. Follow-up, inspection and review of work to be performed in accordance to relevant requirements and Quality documents (ITP, Checklists and QVD’s). Manage and create the Engineering documentation and related registers. Advice and support construction Department on quality issues. Ensure work is carried out according to HSE regulations as well as ISO and related quality standards. Report to Project Manager about work Progress status and important events to meet with KPI requirements. Attend in client weekly meetings regarding MC & QA/QC issues Manage and supervision of all RoK documentation for E&I AKT’s.

Producing and reviewing QC documents (Quality Manual, ITP, Method Statements, check lists, QC forms...). Supervise and manage Testing of all ELV Equipment including (Fire alarm detectors and Fire Alarm panels, CCTV, Access Control System, Data Communication, PAVA, Building Management System BMS, Control rooms, ELV Cables, Structured Cabling and Fiber Optic Cables, Cable Trays ) Supervise all inspections of project materials Assist in developing corrective actions and prepare Close-Out Report for issued NCR or SOR. Perform Pre-commissioning Tests, loop checks …etc. Reporting to the Project manager regarding site progress and activities.

@ Atyrau Refinery ; Supervise and Plan the E&I field installation activities such as (Electrical conduits, Switchgears, transformers, lighting system, MV&LV electrical cables and Cable tray and cable ladder) in/out substation. Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for electrical works to execution. Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards. @ Karabatan / Sicim & Eni (Pipe Storage Yard) : Follow-up the electrical project design and support the Engineering subcontractor. Hold and managing meetings between Engineering sub-contractor and Main Contractor regarding the Project design and the progress. Supervise and Plan the Electrical works on site. (Electrical Equipment installation inside mobile substation. Pulling Electrical cables and installation of grounding system.) Report to the Main contractor regarding the work progress. @ Tengiz / Sicim ; Organize the team for site E&I works equipment installation and instrument cable pulling activities in substation. Manage the maintenance issues in the camp. Reporting to the main office regarding M/H and the progress in general.

The Project name is Khouribga-JoManage and supervise all E&I works installation and pre-commissioning. In Halassa station and metric stations over the Pipe Line (360 KM). Such as (Pressure Transmitters. FT, TT.., Cable tray/Ladder, Telecom, Fire alarm System, oil and dry type transformer, LV-MV switchgears and motors, VFD’s (Variable frequency driver), LV-MV and Instrument cables pulling and termination, conduits, lightning protection, grounding , lighting systems and fabrication/welding of supports works). Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for electrical works to execution. Coordinates with Client / Consultants representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works. Study construction drawings and the contract documents, applicable standards and specifications to execution

Performing supervision of sub-contractor as company representative. Monitoring all electrical, instrumentation, control & telecoms systems installation to meet with Project KPI. Assist with off/on-site management to ensure project success. Scheduling and controlling required works as per agreed completion timelines. Compiling relevant documentation as required Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications and scheduling changes, and recommending actions.

Identify the technical requirements for each bid and agree the bidding strategy with senior management. Review design documentation for missing drawings, details, labels, etc. Review design sets to understand specification and identify missing information. Prepare technical questions to be issued to Client and prepare responses to technical enquiries from manufacturers / supply chain. Prepare or Review, and issue to manufacturers standard BOQ. Work with other engineering team to put together a sound commercial bid. Create and compile cost estimates for scope of work.
