Head of Human Resources & Administrative Department
•Management and maintenance of the full cycle of HR & Admin functions
•Development and implementation of HR processes and technologies, HR strategy, and the budgeting their costs
•Budgeting & planning HR & Admin function expenses
•Coordination of payroll unit: (calculation and recovery of all employee costs, financial acts related to wage and another material benefits, statistic costs etc.)
•Managing of HR administration, labor relations, employee relations and retention, recruitment & employment process, adaptation & orientation
•Implementation Succession & Talent Management
•Management of developing & training process: evaluated business units to identify training needs and individual coaching needs; appoint the needs, planning & budgeting, organizing, also providing the necessary ISO and HSE trainings
•Performance Management (+ KPIs based)
•Coordinating of staff motivation: remuneration systems, job analyze, managing grading system, planning of career development, special activities
•Organization of surveys based on Employee Engagement & Satisfaction & preparing action plans
•Participation in restructuration, construction of corporate culture and maintaining internal and external brand of the company
•Completes special projects & surveys in order operational excellence & analysis of the quality of HR processes, analysing time & cost issues preparing short-long term action plans
•Responsible to the state revision (labor, tax, ISO etc) & global audits (ISO, HSE, SGP (worldwide standards organization of labor), TCCC, CCI)
•Manage the administrative unit: as medical center, staff transportation (bus service, work with guests, etc.), courier service (delivering documents, etc), catering services, staff insurance (state & medical), organization of events (corporate, meetings, tours etc), cleaning, security, GM & reception unit
•Working with outsourcing companies; participation in tendering, interaction and control of the quality of management payments and reporting
•Maintain financial and static accounting, (HR KPIs) reporting, prepare a package of reports for the head office and state agencies
•Active cooperation with colleagues from the global HR function, to participate in the summits, at meetings to present the session progress reports and etc.
•Analysed business infrastructure and provided guidance and input on unit restructures, employee development, workplace planning and succession planning
•Monitor and evaluate the success of training programs and ensures that training program goals are met
•Analysed the trends and metrics with the business targets to develop HR policies that obtain solutions and develop motivating programs and policies
