Ensuring that technicians perform repairs in accordance with Impact (Volvo service manual). Setting up warranty and PDI processes. Communications with Volvo market company in order to set up warranty, PDI, payment receiving processes and implementing them. Achievements • Reduced quantity of consumed parts on trucks belonging to the company (turbochargers, steering rod ball joints) thanks to correct way of diagnostics. • Improved customer satisfaction as workshop processes are in line with agreed Genuine Volvo Service process, technicians perform repairs in accordance with Impact (Volvo service manual). Time of repairs is decreased. • Up time of trucks that belong to the company and to customers is increased. • Increased profit as warranty and PDI processes are set up as well as process of receiving of payments from Volvo.

Projects Creation of Service department (Technical Support/ Trainings/ Warranty). • Development, organizing and delivery of technical trainings (unique trainings designed by myself: basic hydraulics/ electrics adapted to the company's fleet, JLG, Genie, Haulotte, Dinolift, etc.) • Development, improving and implementation of internal warranty processes and procedures. • Technical support of service engineers by phone and in the fields (providing solutions, information, tips, and guiding on how to troubleshoot, repair machines and perform maintenance of them). Achievements • Increased profit from AWP/ EWP lifts rental as Uptime of the AWP/ EWP lifts increased thanks to decreased diagnostics and repair time resulted from Increased competence of technicians and technical support of them. • Decreased cost of ownership as parts consumption decreased thanks to correct way of diagnostics.

• Technical support of customers (rental companies, dealers) by phone and in the field by providing solutions, information, advices, and guiding on how to troubleshoot, repair machines (AWP/ EWP aerial working platforms/ manlifts, Telescopic handlers) and perform maintenance of them. • Delivery of technical trainings • Parts sales processing. • Participation in planning of aftersales strategy. • Participation in warranty processing.

• Technical support of dealers in Russia and on-site support in complex cases. • Monitoring and analysis of various statistics, requests from dealers for technical support, warranty claims in order to explore quality issues of Volvo trucks in Russia, then comparing it with other markets and creating market quality reports through QRS system if needed with subsequent investigations, tests and discussions with quality and technical departments from headquarters and in case if the report is transferred to QJ (Quality Journal, which is being Eight Disciplines (8Ds) Problem Solving method for Volvo Trucks) following it up there. • Assistance to warranty and technical support departments. Projects Setting up quality report process for Russian market As result quality issues decreased on the market thanks to proper analytics and more thorough quality reports. Rollout of new range truck FH4 Taking care of preproduction trucks of new range on Russian market. Participation in reference group for new Off Board Diagnostic tool (Tech Tool).
