 Ability to provide leadership and assume overall responsibility for delivery of projects within required standards, quality, time and cost parameters.  Preparation of Documents such as CQP (Contract Quality Plan), QVD (Quality Verifying Documents), ITP’s( Inspection and Test Plan) MST (Method Statement) to assure that it is complying with Client Standard and Specifications.  Manager shall coordinated with the customer to request a clarification meeting to resolve all issues.  Maintenance of QMS through effectively implementing the Contract Quality Plan in the Project.  Liaise with Client representatives for the conduct of day to day quality related activities of the project.  Ensure all Inspection & Test of the project activities are carried out at all stages of process / production as per the contract requirements.  Provide necessary assistance and guide to the project personnel in the preparation of project specific procedures / plans etc.  Ensure that all QC personnel are performing their duties and responsibilities as per the requirements.  Compile all inspection and test records for the Inspection & Test carried out and submit them as Test Packs to the Client site representative.  Ensure that copies of Test Packs are forwarded to HO for maintaining them till completion of retention period.  Ensure that proposed equipments/systems meet the design specifications and standards.  Follow up with EPC contractors and solve Engineering and Design issues, any change of specification requirement investigation and approval of change of design & Engineering method.  Participated in Hazop Study, P& ID reviews during project stages.  Ensure that efficient and effective Coordination maintained between Contractors and PMC, Ensuring all the reporting requirements are met .  Ensure through review and monitoring the project schedule is achievable, and that early mitigation of slippage, or use of opportunities are identified and appropriate action is taken.  Reviewed, Commented Approved the Engineering, Design, Construction & Commissioning Deliverables prepared by the contractors as well from their subcontractors on the Behalf of Clint.  Monitoring and controlling the contractors to use the latest approved drawing to avoid mistakes during construction stages of the Project.  Supervise all Construction Activities and site Inspection and sign of Construction activities as per approved IFC Drawings  Ensure all relevant updated Codes & Standards, Technical Specifications and Quality documents are maintained at site.  Monitor sub-contractor’s performance for compliance with the Quality requirements.  Coordinate with Contract Quality Manager for effective implementation of QMS in the project and conduct quality audits as per schedule.  Issue Non-Conformance Reports if encountered any non-conformities during the discharge of duties in the project  Analyze all non-conformities identified in the project with Contract Manager and report to HO.  Responsible for the verification of effectiveness of Corrective & Preventive Actions taken on the non-conformances identified in the project.  Responsible for the review of sub-contractors records and Test Packs.  In his duties, he is assisted by the Quality Inspectors.  Assigned scope of work is carried out without any significant HSE incidents.  Promoting HSE awareness and ensure that all the HSE Requirements are implemented and adhered to.  Responsible for all the Technical and Quality related issues and resolving the same with Contractors site management team.  Preparation of CCMS Check sheets & records, Commissioning reports, Construction & test reports and Test pack etc.  To carry out all inspection & test requirements as per approved Electrical QCP's.  Maintain latest revision of relevant specifications, contract documents & drawings pertaining to the discipline.  Supervise the implementation of the relevant QA/QC procedures, QC plans and Work Instructions.  Maintaining the records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment as per the quality system procedures laid down.  Coordinating Quality Audit and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions for the closing out the CAR's.  Support Incoming material inspection in liaison with Material controller/stores keeper.  To carryout inspection & test activities as per QC plan requirements for PDO specifications, International codes & standards as applicable.  Responsible for verification of calibration status of Inspection, Measuring & Test Equipment (IMTE).  Shall liaise with client site QC representative for all electrical matters.  Assist QA/QC Manager in Compiling and Preparation of Final Test Pack.  Preparation of as built drawings.  Review, Approve, Conducting and Attending FAT, Site Integration Test and Site Acceptance Test for various package equipment’s and control systems(HV & LV Equipments)  Perform surveillance and vendor inspection to suppliers / subcontractors facilities and controlling non-conformance actions (NCR).  Document test reports, inspection reports, operation & maintenance manual, materials delivery notes and handling over the documents to the clients at the end of project.  Generate, monitor, control and closeout the punch list and exception list items.  Coordinate with the Testing and Commissioning dept. to define the scope of work.  Attend Quality audit, weekly QA/QC, Testing and pre commissioning meetings.
