Within the ENOWA-Water Team, the Project Interface Engineer is the individual responsible for defining the Document Distribution Matrix (DDM) for the transmitters: • The PIE shall determine the Reviewers within the Water Incoming Transmittals System (WITS). • The PIE shall factor any External reviewers into the DDM and shall send the tasks out to External Reviewers. • The PIE shall act as the Lead Reviewer in terms of consolidating comments from Water Sector Engineers and External Framework Consultants into a single set for inclusion within the Comment Resolution Sheets (CRS). • The PIE may conduct their own document-level reviews where appropriate and can add their own comments for inclusion within the CRS. • The PIE shall formalize which transmittals get reviewed by Framework Consultants and manage the process for coordinating the external reviews. • The PIE shall facilitate the process for including external Reviewers on the project. • The PIE shall ‘Reject’ the transmittal if ‘Review Not Required’ or it is not Water related. • The PIE shall pick up the RFI/TQ/CR. • The PIE shall email or Teams message the relevant party regarding the request (the Reviewer will be listed on the RFI/TQ). • The PIE shall submit the TQ to the individual nominated by the Project Manager to approve the RFI/TQ/CR response. • The PIE shall copy and paste the approval into the Aconex RFI/TQ/CR response and close the loop.

• Project Coordination and control of mechanical area with Design Companies (WOOD, UZLITI, UzgeoranmetLITI) • Ensure that any procured items meet the required technical specifications. • Performs the review and approval from the EPC side of all design documentation issued by Design Companies. • Sources and evaluates suppliers, vendors and service providers. • Drafts and coordinates the finalization of formal letters and requests to Client, Contractors and Partners concerning issues relating to the respective contractor’s work performance. • Quantifies volumes and check levels against design (BoQ, MTO and etc.). • Review and provision comments for Mechanical Equipment Data Sheets, Material Requisition and Technical Bid Evaluation for Mechanical Equipment such as Rotating and Static Equipment etc. Also to resolve any issues this may occur with vendors and suppliers.

-Ensures that the design and construction meet all the requirements as laid out in the Project Design Specifications and the laws of RoK. -Performs the review and approval from the Client’s side of all design documentation. -Undertakes regular site inspections to ensure that the construction is proceeding according to the project design and quality standards. -Prepares punch lists and ensures all items are adequately completed and signed off. -Participates in project reviews and workshops, e.g. risk analysis, safety in design, operability, and constructability. -Sources and evaluates suppliers, vendors and service providers. -Responsible for the development of Terms of Reference for surveys, design, construction and individual tasks for works/services. -Responsible for the compliance to and the fulfillment of contractual obligations of infrastructure objects related contractors. -Drafts and coordinates the finalization of formal letters to contractors concerning issues relating to the respective contractor’s work performance. -Analyzes Contractors’ man-hours against budget and reports all variations. -Quantifies volumes and check levels against design. -Arranges execution of construction-installation works in accordance with the design documentation, construction regulations and rules technical specifications and other regulatory documents. -Controls completion of measures on increasing level of operation mechanization, introduction of new techniques and improvement of labor organization, decreasing of costs on construction-installation and commissioning works, economical material consumption by the contractors. -Keeps record of performed works, prepares and reviews technical documentation of contractors. -Arranges site access permissions to conduct works. -Compiles, implements, and regularly infrastructure related procedures. -Responsible for the performance and reviews of engineering related risk assessments and risk evaluations for infrastructure objects. As executive sponsor was responsible for execution of a projects: Construction of External Water Pipeline, Fuel storage and Mining Service Area; -Preparation and review of engineering specifications, mechanical equipment datasheets. -Work in conjunction with the Procurement and Construction groups to meet the project schedule and budget. -Together with Process Manager maintain mark-ups of all technical drawings with an aim to prepare as build drawings on completion. -Oversee the technical aspects of all contracts including preparing bidder lists and technical adjudications. -Ensure that any procured items meet the required technical specifications. -Manages the development of technical designs that offer safe working conditions both during and after construction at the lowest possible capital cost. -Assures that the agreed schedules are followed, determines deviations from the baseline and the reasons thereof, and assists in the development of a corrective action recovery plan. -Ensures that quality assurance and safety programs are established by all parties and are maintained. -Responsible for the provision of technical specifications, drawings and technical documentation required for concluding contracts with design institutes, engineering services providers and infrastructure objects related contractors for works/services. -Inspects, monitors and ensures that all mechanical construction (field) activities, including, but limited to, construction, montage, erection, etc. are in compliance with construction related Republic of Kazakhstan regulations and to all engineering, construction, HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and QA/QC requirements. -Acts on any non-conforming works or practices. -Evaluates construction against mechanical drawings, and records and reports any deviation or change to the agreed design. -Ensures accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project.
