Monitor and control all HSE matters related with project team members and contractors in ensuring that the Project is in compliance with the project requirement i.e. specification, safety code and other policies/guidelines related to the project.  Responsible for the health, safety, environment, security & emergency throughout the project duration to achieve safe project completion. The requirement in each Project phase is listed, but not limited to, as follows: I. ITB preparation: Prepare and verify HSE requirement in ITB package. II. Engineering Phase: Review, check and verify engineering deliverables related to HSE aspects. III. Fabrication/construction Phase: Manage and control safety execution of the fabrication activities by contractor and verify the works and work procedure meet relevant HSE requirement and guideline. IV. Sea-fastening/load out, transportation, installation and HUC Phase: Manage and control safety execution of the activities by each contractor and verify the works and procedure meet relevant HSE requirement and guideline. Check and monitor the activities to prevent and avoid environmental impact.  Ensure that Project is executed in compliance with HSE Management Plan, HSE Management Procedure, Environmental Management Procedure, Potential Risk Register, Potential Risk Mitigation Plan, HSE Audit Plan/Procedure and any other HSE related documents.  Participate in HSE Risk Assessment and hold relevant meeting, workshop internally and with related 3rd parties.  Monitor and update the HSE risks register and ensure all mitigation plans are strictly adhere to throughout the project execution. Prepare and manage required documents for related internal/external audit, and process it.

Responsibility as Offshore – Senior HSE Advisor • Attend Toolbox Talks (TBT), Time Out for Safety (TOFS), Safety Stand Downs (SSD), etc. and advise on safety practices, safe use of equipment and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); • Promote HSE awareness amongst site personnel and assist with training activities, as necessary; • Monitor the application of Safe Systems Of Work (SSOW) and of the Permit To Work (PTW) system; • Participate in regular HSE / progress meetings at site and ensure that agreed actions are duly and timely implemented; • Ensure that suitable and sufficient Risk Assessments have been carried out for the jobs to be performed and that the workforce is aware of the contents; • Ensure HSE Inductions, HSE Procedures & Plans, applicable technical standards are known to site personnel and are well understood; • Monitor Subcontractors’ HSE performance; • Inform HSE Coordinator of needs for improvements in procedures, training, instruction, information materials and/or equipment, etc. Fill in logbooks, as per HSE procedures (e.g. PTW logbook, Energy Isolation logbook, Ladders logbook, etc.); • Carry out regular (e.g. daily / weekly / monthly / etc.) inspections (SOs, GIRs), alone or in conjunction with site management representatives, in order to measure the degree of compliance with legislation, regulations, procedures and instructions, ensuring site HSE equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, safety harnesses, fall arrestors, confined space rescue equipment, gas testers, loudhailers, spill response kits, ladders, etc.) is available, duly certified, operational, properly stored and regularly checked (all checks should be correctly documented). • Participate in the application of Emergency and Contingency Plans, including drills and exercises, if required; • Perform other related duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibility:  Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.  Supports the Top Management in the HSE Management System standard issue.  Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, and review of the Company HSE Systems.  Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.  Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided.  Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work.  Conducts safety audits both internal and external.  Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.  Carries out any in-house safety training.  Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors.  Liaises between Clients on safety related issues.  Performs Risk Assessment.  Provides Safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contract start up activities.

Responsibilities as Offshore Senior HSE Officer /ERT Coordinator Onshore:  Preparation weekly and monthly Safety Reports and Records.  Emergency response team leader. Organization of drill such as Confined space rescue, working at height rescue, oil spill, drawn on the water (FRC).  Covering SD 2 Jacket / Subsea Site activities,  Controlling subcontractors working activities  Routine site inspection and controlling Safety Performance.  Providing Safety support to various operations carried out on site, such as heavy and Complex Lifts, Working at Height, Welding Works, Fitting works, Confined Space Entry, Assembling,  Providing Roll up (Jacket) operation with Safety Officers such as controlling hazards, oil spill, barriers.  Organize monthly base exercise drill, as Team leader organize any emergency situations  Assist in the investigation of accidents and dangerous occurrences and recommend means of preventing recurrence daily and Monthly Safety Reports.  Providing toolbox talks for all operations to participate in daily and related meeting.  Organization of safeties’ working area for specific works.  Provide guidance and advice on Health and Safety  Promoting a positive culture  Advising management on accident prevention  Developing and implementing Health and Safety policy  Identifying training needs  Monitoring H&S performance  Overseeing accident reporting and investigations

Responsibilities: Onshore  Organization and control of work facilities for HSE, internal norms, rules and procedures in the enterprise in accordance with international standards.  Inspection of compliance of work execution methods with HSE requirements of the project. Daily, weekly and monthly reports; Implementation of HSE requirements and visual inspection of the site. Providing Weekly HSE Meeting with contractor and Subcontractors on site.  Providing Safety Drill to contractor& subcontractor (Fire drill, Oil Spill, First aid Drill and etc.)  Implemented Inspection of vehicle checklist, weekly site inspection etc.  Providing monthly equipment checklist (fire extinguisher, fire hose, smoke detectors fire alarm system.) and recorded on computer attached hard copy to the folder.  Ensure that safety standards are maintained and continually seek ways to improve safety standards  Advise Management on all matters pertaining to safety and health including compliance with legislation’s on safety and health  Ensure that all personnel have received appropriate safety and health training as stipulated in HSE manual  Plan and implement safety and health programmers and promotional activities (e.g. inspections, campaigns and competitions) that will improve safety and health awareness  Establish and maintain a system incident reporting, investigation and analysis as stipulated in the HSE manual  Conduct Safety Department Review at least once every quarter to review the achievements of the Safety and Health Objectives and improvements to the HSE manual  Update the Safety and Health Manual and follow-up on recommendations of safety  committees or relevant authorities
