Pilot Surfactant plant contained over 5200 I/Os of which most were sampling. The field itself comprised of 8,300 wells that covered a 14,000km2 area and produced circa 740,000bbpd). Lead a team of 280 engineering and project personnel delivering both brownfield and greenfield projects for Minas and Duri Site Operations supported by 120 greenfield engineers in Jakarta. Managed the delivery and implementation of all asset related engineering and project improvements (concept, FEED and detailed engineering). Responsible for developing the activity based Engineering Year Plan to arrange a prioritised schedule that involved all group divisions. Supported the finance department deriving cost commitment projections and assisting in achieving KPIs. Introduced the Asset Integrity Program that involved all surface/subsurface equipment for reliability and integrity (SERIP) and process safety and integrity (PSI). Contract value: USD$510MM.
