• QHSE Focal Point on SD 2 Project between Enermech and BP/TKAZ -Sangachal Terminal Infrastructure • Responsible for compliance with projects QHSE Assurance plans • Support the MEC QHSE Manager with the development and maintenance of Company QHSE documentation and the Integrated Management System (IMS) • Coordinate the implementation of annual audit plans of the service being provided, to ensure compliance with all QHSE protection requirements • Participate in project risk assessments and make recommendations for mitigation actions and preventative measures • Assists to implement and maintain certification of ISO 9001-2008, OHSAS 18001-2007 and ISO 14001-2004 • Implementation offshore Crane operations internal audits on BP export oil/gas installations (WA, Chirag, WC, CA, EA, DWG and Shah Deniz Alfa) • Implementation of internal audits on BP SCPX project in Georgia on N2 Leak Test and Flushing operations • Visit operating sites in order to check the correct application of Company’s QHSE procedures and standards • Participation in hazards identification and potential risks and assist operations staff with eliminating or mitigating those hazards • Implement proactive measures to curb accident / incident, unsafe behaviors / conditions from recurrence through promotion, campaigns, and talks / training. • Responsible for developing, promoting and maintaining the project HSSE plan which reflect a commitment to achieve highest possible international standards • Ensure project HSSE targets and objective are visible and GILAN HSSE policy and procedures are effectively implemented during CDP • Assist and advise the project manager, heads of departments in meeting the project HSSE objectives. • Ensure that all heads of departments are conversant with their obligations relating to HSSE in accordance with both the project HSSE plan and their individual HSSE responsibilities • Review and approve all Method Statements, Risk Assessments, PTW’s and other related documentation to ensure compliance with international standards • Monitor compliance with the project HSSE plan and relevant HSSE procedures, arrange regular audits/inspections and prepare detailed reports of site performance • Ensure an adequate interface with local HSE enforcing authorities and local fire officers, to ensure compliance with all legislation and approved codes of practice • Participate in regular HSSE meetings with project management and other interested parties with respect to safe working by GILAN, contractor and subcontractors engaged on the project
