Kashagan oilfield in the Caspian sea,D-Island worked with rotation 28/28 -Supporting main office with the crew change (600 personnel) -Preparing timesheets for both local and expat personnel- -Responsible for all issues of expats and local workers

Mangystau region,Kuryk village,ERSAI Fabrication base worked with rotation 75/12, 5/2 1. Responsible for all recruitment actions in Kuryk base 2. Preparation of recruitment schedule form by resource scheduling 3. Source out the suitable candidates for projects 4. All the recruitment process of employees starting from interview test to the initial contract 6. work with Mass Media/ Recruitment Agencies/ Direct search. Holding Pre-screening-real interviews with candidates, creating short-lists, presenting to line-managers, organizing interviews on site, making job offers to successful candidates (White and Blue color positions). 7.Inputting suitable CV`s of candidates to the online resource database Reporting’s: Preparation and submitting reports on recruitment to state labor dept. and foreign parties. Follow up and providing budget reviews of recruitment team to HRD. Preparation and submitting weekly reports to HRD in accordance with recruitment activities.
