Create new trade marketing materials for different brands in line with the marketing strategy of the company and customer needs. Execute Company’s trade incentive programs for retailers and wholesalers. Create and maintain excellent and fair customer relations to wholesalers and retailers.

Budget formulation and Sales forecast implementation at HoReCa retail locations and separate brands. Goals and targets setting to the employees of department in accordance with their functions. Develop the framework for mutually beneficial business cooperation with clients. Maintain and develop HoReCa clients database. Develop trade marketing programs and sales promotion programs at points of sales to promote the company’s products. Signing of exclusive contracts with key clients. Develop designs for point of sales materials and work out the tailor made projects for key clients in HoReCa. Administer the conduct of advertising campaigns at the HoReCa retail points.

Active participation in the budget formulation and realization of Airlines development strategic plan. Marketing plans realization, providing reports with commercial and information content on the regular basis. Working on the Airlines’ new winter and summer schedules, doing Marketing on profitable flights connecting with Airlines. Preparing Inbound And Outbound Tours packages to Airlines’ points of destinations.

Goals and targets setting to the flight attendants in accordance with their functions. Control on cleanliness and order on board. Ensure that safety regulations are followed. Participate in serving beverages, meals and refreshments to the passengers. Maintain and provide reports to the management on the regular basis

Assign and supervise the activities of the Housekeeping staff; to ensure clean, orderly and attractive as well as well-maintained guest rooms, corridors, stairways and service areas in assigned areas and on assigned floors; to intersect with Guests, Department subordinates, superiors and other Departmental staff, handling inquiries and complaints from guests.
