• Ensure that the EASYPLANT database is well prepared and validated for construction, quality, pre-commissioning and commissioning, start up, etc. • Coordinate with the Project Quality Manager that EasyPlant complies with the Field Quality Control plan and contractual requirements. • Collect information from engineering records and labels defined by construction/commissioning • Collect and enter engineering data by Area, Module, Supplier Store, System Subsystem, details the work process, equipment checks, etc. • Identification and tracking of punchlist and check, and test sheets • Prepare and issue required progress reports on a consistent basis • Ensure the accuracy of progress information provided by project management, subcontractors, and clients. • Review Subcontractors P6 schedules data and analysis, verify data and implement in EasyPlant • Organize and manage EasyPlant team workflow weekly and monthly • Provide periodic EasyPlant Training and Support

- Planning and scheduling of maintenance activities with CMMS SAP Blueprint - Preparation of Major Equipment Inspection, Winterization schedules on Primavera P6 or MS Project - Preparation of reports, dashboards on Power BI or Excel - Co-operation with Work Pack Preparation Team, Maintenance Discipline Supervisors, Warehouse and Operations representative in order to deliver proper maintenance schedule/plan - Support in the implementation of various management tools: Facility Integrity Management Visual Control Board (FIM VCB), Facility Status Report (FSR) - Focal Point for assisting and consulting in implementation CMMS Software SAP Blueprint

- Materials management of fabrication and erection activities - Monitoring & controlling overall construction rate - Analyzing delays and interruptions and accordingly adjusting construction schedule to meet deadlines - Prepare reports related to progress, schedule and productivity (S-curve, dashboards). - Assist in the implementation of the Fabrication Management System (FMS) software.

- Responsible for ensuring of material codes are met JDE E1 System. - Management of materials, with the target of optimizing and ensuring the technical requirements.

- Responsible for planning of Ex equipment Inspection and Maintenance activities ensuring the priorities of the Plant Maintenance Plan are met; - Management of the resources utilized on maintaining of equipment/items; - Interpretation of drawings, estimation of necessary hours for performing an activity and issuance of service orders in SAP Blueprint. - Validation and analysis of data relevant to production as progress, worked hours and productivity. - Validation of risk assessments undertaken with a full assessment of the hazards and how these are mitigated in the inspection/maintenance area.

- Ex equipment Inspection and Maintenance Database development and maintenance for assurance of accuracy and reliability. - Acquisition and inspection of data to ensure timely updating and applicability. - Preparation of daily and weekly Ex equipment Inspection and Maintenance report. - Work in Documentum Software, EMDB+, Ex & Asset Register Software (MS Access Database) - Support Engineers and Inspection Group with documentation management.

- Responsible for timely translation of documentations (formal letter, technical specifications etc.) from/to English/ Russian. - Establish and maintenance of HR/ equipment/ vehicles database who/which involved to “Road Maintenance of Eskene West” Project and others. - Management of DCC activity. - Performing various administrative and other activities.
