Monitoring of sub-contractors welding and NDT activities, review and amend the project related procedures and specifications; Coordination and control of sub-contractors’ structural, piping, mechanical, static equipment, welding, NDT, painting and insulation activities; Regular visits and audits of sub-contractors’ workshop activities; Ensuring correct NDT application, radiography films interpretation; Witness PQR and WPS qualification, NDT and DT tests, Ensuring the use of calibrated equipment; Review the qualifications of sub-contractors welding, inspection and NDT personnel; Line walks, test packs preparations, reinstatement and pre-commissioning activities; Review and assessment of progress reports and QC and NDT documentation

Supervise and Implement the inspection activities as per approved Quality Plans and project specifications; Material receiving inspection and control over storage and handling; Witness PQR, WPS and WPQ qualification, witness NDT and DT tests. Coordination and control of correct NDT application and radiography interpretation; Monitoring of pipeline and piping fabrication and welding activities, golden welds. Monitoring of subcontractors activities. Visual and dimensional inspection of structural, piping assemblies against latest approved fabrication drawings; Painting inspection: Control over weather conditions, temperature, humidity, due point etc, surface preparation, anchor profile measurements, monitoring mixture of paint, application of primer and final coat, WFT and DFT measurements, holiday tests, pull-off adhesion tests, Review of progress reports, pipe books, QC documentation and daily reports.

Management of all daily Oil Refinery activities. Procurement and testing of crude oil, control over the process of oil refining, maintenance and refurbishment of refinery units, budgeting the activities, sales of ready oil products, negotiations to clients and customers etc

Third Party Inspections. Material receiving, fitup, welding, welders and WPS qualifications, visual and dimensional inspection, NDT and hydrotests witness, painting and coating, final release and documentation review. Project expediting (Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, tanks, skids, jacketed pipe units)

Control of all QA/QC mechanical site activities of fabrication of piles and steel structures for Manifa causeway. Preparation of QC documentation, monitor the contractors activities comply with Standards, specifications and approved ITP and drawings, Welders and Welding procedures qualifications, coating inspections, cooperation with clients and contractors

Fit-up, welding, piping inspection, linewalking, hydrotests inspections, review and release of piping test packs and dossiers preparation.

Performing all QC activities in accordance with approved ITP. Materials and consumables inspection, flt-up and welding of steel structures and piping, linewalking, final VDI, hydrotesting, boroscope checks, welders audits and qualifications, final release of platforms modules and prepare of testpacks and dossiers.
