 Managing a team of over 1500 Insulators mainly from Algeria but incorporating up to 250 Indonesian and 150 Malaysian Cryogenic Insulation specialists  Resourced and employed to oversee that good working practices are being adhered to and completed within the parameters laid down in the specification and within budget  Attaining quality standards in line with client expectations
