Preparation and adaptation of the material management and preservation concept and procedure for project in accordance with contract responsibilities Implementation of control for the preparation and review of basic documents (IMS documents, specifications, Standards, etc.) or other definitions and procedures in terms of Material Management and coordination with the functional units involved Participation in kick-off/pre-inspection meetings with construction contractors, clients and vendor representatives on construction sites prior to start of construction Supporting General Construction Management before and during internal and external audits Consulting, giving recommendations and supporting to the Warehouse Team to achieve efficient materials management from the moment of receiving materials at warehouses till the moment of issue them for installation Participation in receiving and recording of incoming materials, quality control according to technical purchase specification as well as identification, joint counting and controlling of delivered quantities with packing lists and delivery notes Preparation of OSD reports together with OSD manager, maintenance of OSD reports, control of development and closure of OSD reports Resolving special problems and queries related to material management and its tools by coordinating with colleagues across LE Entities Act as contact person for OWNER and VENDORS in material management-relevant construction issues Coordination with Expediting and Shipping department to ensure fast and safe expediting of the materials and equipment in due time Monitoring and analyzing the actual conditions for continuous improvement of material management and recording of identified errors Participation in project close-out reports by providing inputs from the material management discipline and its lessons learned

Control of contract terms execution by subcontractors in Material Control, Material Handling and Preservation activities for project materials and equipment Control of delivery schedule in order to efficiently and effectively plan for mobilization of resources and vehicles for receiving, inspection and storing of materials and equipment, according to storage codes and vendor requirements Implementation of measures to ensure the safety of equipment and materials in warehouses and storage areas (maintenance of equipment, preservation and re-preservation activities, nitrogen refilling etc.) Managing the machinery and personnel work front under Material Department supervision, time sheets preparation for these activities Monitoring safe performance of cargo handling operations according to Company’s HSE Standards Organization and participation in incoming control inspections, preparation of the necessary reports based on inspection results (MRR, MRCR, OSD, NCR) Control of contract terms execution by vendors for replacement, additional delivery, and back charge of costs based on issued complaints (OSD, NCR) Administration of CMS (Construction Management System) with reception of incoming materials, issuance to Site for installation, receiving of surplus/not-involved materials from subcontractors Controlling the availability of materials and assigned areas and warehouses inventory performing OC-15/M-15 performing based on issued materials to Construction Site Interface with Client representatives for materials and spare parts handover

Organization the process of reception, storage and issuance to subcontractors equipment and materials from warehouses and laydown areas; Monitoring of work performed in compliance with HSE rules and standards during reception, issuance and relocation of materials and equipment at warehouses and laydown areas; Monitoring the delivery schedule of materials and equipment from vendors and suppliers, planning places for incoming materials, according to the discipline, type, and storage code; Organization of the process and participation in incoming control inspections for all project materials and equipment, drawing up schedules and deadlines for inspections; Preparation of necessary documentation and reports based on the results of inspections according to the compliance of materials and equipment with packing lists, specifications, purchase orders, passports, certificates, drawings , etc.; Implementation of measures to ensure the safety of equipment and materials in warehouses and storage areas (maintenance of equipment, preservation and re-preservation activities, nitrogen refilling etc.); Conducting regular and spot inventory of materials at warehouses and laydown areas; Handover materials to the Client that were not involved in the construction project (return materials, unclaimed materials, spare parts, etc.).

Controlling the full cycle of warehouse operations including: -usage forklifts, cranes, trucks and other vehicles and machinery; -lifting operations and transferring materials between warehouses and storage areas; -storing materials according to winterization and storage codes as per Vendors recommendations - inside/outside/tarp etc.; -planning places for incoming materials. Managing the machinery and personnel work front under Material Department supervision, time sheets preparation for these activities; Reception of incoming materials from the vessels, barges and airfreights deliveries; Monitoring safe performance of cargo handling operations at Warehouse and Laydown areas; Inspection of received materials according to specifications, ident codes, tag numbers; Preparation of necessary documentation reflected to the inspection according to the results (Job Site Receiving Reports, OSD reports, NCR, RFI); Preparation of materials for issuance to Subcontractors according to Material Requests (MR) and Material Issuance Reports (MIR) Updating the logs according already issued MIR’s and MR’s Controlling the availability of materials and assigned areas and warehouses inventory performing Preparing materials for handover to the Client via Field Memorandums and Warranty Letters, relevant Official Letters drafting Reporting to the Management on the work performance and whole Warehouse-relevant activities on daily basis
