Poly Ethylene Unit (Client: SIBUR, Russia; EP Contractor: Technip, France) WORK SCOPE: July’ 18 – August’ 20 Lead Engineer - Construction, Planning (Primavera) & Commissioning: • Technically very sound in engineering activities for all electrical, instrumentation, fire & gas, telecom, planning and management activities. • Managing a team of 16+ engineering and staff personals along with 400+ site supervisor’s and technicians (Yamata). • Creating WBS and activities for E&I Deliverables for the construction and commissioning activities at site in Primavera P6 pro and MS excel. • Close coordination and reporting project progress to project teams and management. • Responsible for Carrying out construction and erection of E&I deliverables relating to Instrumentation, Fire & Gas, Electric heat tracing, telecom, PAGA, Siemens PCS systems and lighting scope of work. • Controlling and managing contractors and sub-contractors for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. • Ensuring the adequate manpower is performing the required activities.
