Develop and maintain effective relations with assigned key customers. Work out respective product categories, sales development strategy and implement key accounts cooperation plan. Key Account Manager
Develop, implement and control a competitively advantageous Key Account strategy covering discount rates, payment terms, customer service levels, providing creative long term strategic and short term tactical solutions in order to ensure continuous growth of PM sales volume and market share. In accordance with approved Trade Marketing strategy, sales and marketing plan analyze current situation and company performance in respective trade channels. Constantly monitor market trends and competitive activities in order to implement timely adjustments to channel-specific programs. Propose and design programs to increase company influence and achieve dominance in the respective channel via trade marketing tools and methods. Analyze company brands performance in the assigned channel and develop tools to improve it via channel-specific activities and programs, including brand promotions for specific key customers and trade incentive programs. In cooperation with Sales field force management ensure proper communication of promotional concept to the involved Field Force. Monitor promotion process in order to ensure timely adjustments. In cooperation with Advertising Materials Purchase manager provide briefings to the agencies and manufacturers of POSM, in co-operation with Sales and Marketing functions select designs of POSM that best meet customer’s needs and corporate/brand requirements. In co-operation with Brand Managers propose and develop channel specific brand presence long term materials that must fit to Brand plans and budgets. Locate. Select and commission advertising agencies to provide service for exclusive customers in terms of the style design and development of the exclusive advertising instruments. Run a regular check of the availability, facing and due use of the advertising instruments at the HoReCa retail locations. Provide the Trade Marketing Manager with all standard reports in a timely manner.
