Continuous monitoring of the effective implementation of the HSE MS to ensure its adequacy and compliance with Legal regulations, ISO 45001 / 14001 standard requirements, industry best practices and company directives Lead, develop and direct the HSE team to become an outstanding professional striving for excellence and capable of delivering the highest standards of HSE management and leadership, providing high-level consistent advice and guidance as required Develop and implement a Safety Observation, Intervention and Incentive programs to foster workforce safety involvement and ownership and improve positive safety culture Provide technical support and advice to operations, engineering, legal, contracts, procurement and other departments on any HSE related issues

Responsibilities: * Responsible to identify, develop and implement a Health, Safety, and Environment system with accommodating standards, programs and procedures to identify risks and meet regulatory and company requirements * Work with the Project Team and subcontractors to develop, implement and monitor HSE standards and programs in contractual conditions * Lead the Company HSE team, providing regulatory advices and guidance * Provide leadership and direction for the Health, Safety, Environment and Emergency Response personnel involved in the project * Assure compliance with environmental design and safety practices by coordinating HSE audits. Identify non-compliances, develop necessary mitigation measures, implement mitigation plans, and report the results * Develops and maintains the HSE monitoring/inspection program for the project * Ensure, in accordance with the POB guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems * Develop and continuously improve the strategic HSE action plans in alignment with company HSE management systems * Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and ensure their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives * Promote motivation and familiarization programs for all Company personnel on the importance of complying with Company system procedures * Advising and assisting the Site and Project Managers with regards to the applicable local HSE-rules and legal requirements * Coordinates incident investigations to ensure root causes are identified and learnings communicated * Take part in accident / incident investigation. * Carry out analysis of accidents and incidents performance, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans. * Identify HSE training need and collaborate with HR function in developing HSE training programs and ensure implementation. * Direct and support the HSE team in ensuring all work-related risks and mitigation measures are in the detailed plan prior to commencement of the work * Ensure that all Company activities are subject to proper Risk Assessment * Ensure proper identification of qualified HSE resources to be appointed within the HSE department * Ensure proper HSE reporting activities to the POB organization * Ensure the development of an adequate Health Management System * Coaches and advises project line management on HSE matters * Participating in weekly and monthly Company/Subcontractor safety meetings

Responsibilities: * QHSE Focal Point on SD 2 Project between Enermech and BP/TKAZ -Sangachal Terminal Infrastructure * Responsible for compliance with projects QHSE Assurance plans * Support the MEC QHSE Manager with the development and maintenance of Company QHSE documentation and the Integrated Management System (IMS) * Coordinate the implementation of annual audit plans of the service being provided, to ensure compliance with all QHSE protection requirements * Participate in project risk assessments and make recommendations for mitigation actions and preventative measures * Assists to implement and maintain certification of ISO 9001-2008, OHSAS 18001-2007 and ISO 14001-2004 * Implementation offshore Crane operations internal audits on BP export oil/gas installations (WA, Chirag, WC, CA, EA, DWG and Shah Deniz Alfa) * Implementation of internal audits on BP SCPX project in Georgia on N2 Leak Test and Flushing operations * Visit operating sites in order to check the correct application of Company's QHSE procedures and standards * Participation in hazards identification and potential risks and assist operations staff with eliminating or mitigating those hazards * Implement proactive measures to curb accident / incident, unsafe behaviors / conditions from recurrence through promotion, campaigns, and talks / training. Manage the site QHSE records (audit, inspection, meetings, incidents, tool box talks, pre-job start talk etc.) * Implementation of QHSE external supplier evaluation audits and inspections * Assist work site personnel and line management in development of work site QHSE and Cause No Harm promotions and campaigns * Monitor Remedial Action Register (RAR) compliance and rate of close-out * Overall responsible for the observation, monitoring, coordination and supervision of control of work activities in accordance with the procedures and within their designated area * Implementation of internal audits of all disciplines: ISO 9001-2008, OHSAS 18001-2007 and ISO 14001-2004 standard requirements, followed by Corrective and Preventive action tracking and close actions raised by external and internal audits * Participate in investigations of major quality failures and HSE incidents, follow up and verify that corrective actions are effective

• Responsible for developing, promoting and maintaining the project HSSE plan which reflect a commitment to achieve highest possible international standards • Ensure project HSSE targets and objective are visible and GILAN HSSE policy and procedures are effectively implemented during CDP • Assist and advise the project manager, heads of departments in meeting the project HSSE objectives. • Ensure that all heads of departments are conversant with their obligations relating to HSSE in accordance with both the project HSSE plan and their individual HSSE responsibilities • Review and approve all Method Statements, Risk Assessments, PTW’s and other related documentation to ensure compliance with international standards • Monitor compliance with the project HSSE plan and relevant HSSE procedures, arrange regular audits/inspections and prepare detailed reports of site performance • Ensure an adequate interface with local HSE enforcing authorities and local fire officers, to ensure compliance with all legislation and approved codes of practice • Participate in regular HSSE meetings with project management and other interested parties with respect to safe working by GILAN, contractor and subcontractors engaged on the project

• Provide HSSE Leadership to the company and subcontractors personnel for continuously improvement of Safety and security on site • Coordinate and communicate with client on project HSE and security issues • Establish a project HSSE audit program and schedule to perform the project HSSE audit within the project organization in cooperation with joint ventures board requirements. Report such results to the senior project management • Participate and lead in incident/accident investigation to determine root cause, identify key lessons and make recommendations to prevent recurrence • Demonstrate Leadership and commitment in respect of compliance to company Policies and procedures

• Preparing Health and Safety strategies and developing internal policy, ensure that all contractors engaged on project activity adopt and implement HSSE plans commensurate with the scope-specific risks • Review and approve all Method Statements, Risk Assessments, PTW’s and other related documentation to ensure compliance with international standards • Building HSSE team / resources to support delivery of the project objectives, transfer best practices and lessons learned from other projects, ensure that client HSSE expectations are fully understood and implemented • Participate and lead in incident/accident investigation to determine root cause, identify key lessons and make recommendations to prevent recurrence • Support management by facilitating site visits, carrying out HSSE audits and inspections to ensure effectiveness of management system • Evaluate contractor’s performance and defined intervals to confirm conformance with client requirements, provide feedback, lessons learned for improving future contractor selection and performance

• Responsible for co-ordination implementation of the company HSE Management System • Perform programs that are designed to reduce exposure to loss via personal injury or illness, loss by fire, loss due to spill of hazardous materials or waste, and comply with governmental regulations • Ensure compliance with the Company’s Procedures and Policies in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 14001:2004 standards • Monitoring and reviewing Health and Safety Policies, Environmental Management System to ensure compliance/alignment with statutory & company requirements • Participates in audits of safety program implementation, emergency response trainings, drills and exercises • Carrying out audits (onshore, offshore) in accordance with the annual audit program • Participation in incident /accident/near miss investigations

• Conducting daily, weekly and monthly inspections, safety walkabouts and waste segregations and preparing inspection reports. Holding safety meetings, pre-shift briefings, toolbox talks and evaluate the safety aspects of proposed operational activities • Ensuring all operations on platform are carried out in a safe manner and in adherence to the company Safety Policies, Statutory Regulation and Work Guidelines • To ensure all new employees and subcontractors are made aware and understand of the company’s HSE Systems and procedures through the Induction process and other required specialist courses • Participating in safety inspections, auditing activities, accident/incident/near miss investigations, ensuring accident report forms are completed • Identifying and analyzing field Drilling, Wells Hazards & Risks and takes necessary steps to mitigate these risks including stopping unsafe work or unsafe acts/behaviors • Organize, monitor and assess periodic drills simulation of emergency response to specific emergencies, fire, gas, platform abandonment and so on, responsible to check people during the Muster Drill, Muster Checker

• Monitoring implementation of safety programs and procedures by all staff. Carrying out Safety audits, inspections and Safety inductions, accident/incident and near misses investigations • Participation in Quarter Performance Review (QPR) meetings • Participation in HSE audits of contractors compliance with their contract HSE requirements, HSE plans and HSE field manuals in compliance with BP expectations • Preparing of Bridging Document and Emergency Response Plan • Managing of Safety Training Observation Program and Advanced Safety Audits planes • Representing an Employer at the annual Safety Leadership Forum • Communication of BP safety culture to employees, promotion and monitoring compliance with BP company HSE Policies and BP Golden Rules of safety among the workforce on daily basis
