• Validating the completion status of Project and Operations Deliverables required for a safe Start-up of the systems/facilities • Monitoring the commissioning deliverables to tag and equipment type/sub-system and system relationship. Monitoring the readiness status of sub-systems/systems and checking the receipt of completion data/documents in Completion Management System; • Identifying and addressing any gaps associated with the commissioning deliverables completion verification for Handover Packages in CMS • Led commissioning projects for HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, Telecom installations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines. • Prepared detailed commissioning reports, including test results, troubleshooting logs, and compliance checks.

• Developing the work process flow charts and procedures to define and align the handover process for completion validation of SERIP and Handover deliverables with Project SERIP and TCO BB Maintenance Teams • Interfacing and maintaining open communication with Operations and Maintenance, Systems Completion, IT & IM, Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse, Procurement and other teams for implementation of the delivery work processes and communicates effectively in the workplace to perform roles & responsibilities • Responsible for proper entry of electronic metadata loads and related documents

• Checking data and loading the Quality Verifying Documents from project construction and commissioning database to TCO FGP Completion Management System database to support the completion of area/ systems / sub-systems Handover to Operations. • Assisting to create implementation work processes (flow charts in Visio) for data and Quality records loading. • Tracking, uploading and validating the quality data and records • Developing detailed delivery work instructions for validating and loading quality data and records

• Responsible for punch list monitoring and priority compliance up to Handover • Liaising with Construction and Commissioning for punch list clearance to meet project milestones • Liaising and expedite with the Commissioning Discipline Engineers, Commissioning Leaders and Operation for clearance of punch list items in order to meet completion dates • Assisting the Commissioning Team to achieve subsystem punch list clearance as per planning(Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Telecommunications disciplines) • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches) and ensuring optimal performance.

• Responsible for support technical and engineering personnel with project support duties • Compiling technical reports • Providing input to technical studies/research projects, technical reports, project planning, etc. • Undertaking data analysis, identifying and investigating variations • Preparing technical drawings, datasheets and documents under the direction of the engineers • Developing and maintaining technical databases and spreadsheets

• Updating and maintaining group / office administrative information i.e. working project data • Working with the cartography team includes printing drawings and maps etc. • Providing technical support as per AESOP mentor/team member requested; • Providing planning and logistical support, e.g. meeting room reservations, catering orders, meeting appointments, preparing slides, documents and handout materials for meetings etc. • Monitoring / coordinating school attendance
