The Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in the Russian Federation is among over 100 diplomatic missions in the Russian Federation. Our activities are essentially to do with promotion of relations between the Republic of Rwanda and the Russian Federation in various fields, including trade and investment, defence and security, science and technology, culture and a number of other areas.

The personnel at the embassy include diplomats appointed by the government of Rwanda supported by the local staff personnel recruited both from Rwanda and Russia.  We believe in team work at the embassy, each member of the team contributes to the promotion of relations between Rwanda and the Russian Federation in one or more of the areas mentioned in the first paragraph above. Its a multicultural setup environment that requires a positive attitude and willingness to learn from one another. Our support staff are preferably Russians and Rwandans.
